Step 1
Plug your computer or laptop directly into the data point in your apartment.

Step 2
Open an internet browser on your device. A Spirit login page will appear.

Step 3
Set up your account and select your plan. You’re online.

Want to go wireless? – Get one of our high-speed enabled, pre-configured WiFi routers here.
It’s important to use a Spirit approved Wifi router, as old ADSL or incorrectly configured routers and modems can set off network security and cause your connection to be blocked. You would need to contact Spirit to have the connection unblocked.

If you use up your data allowance, your internet service will become inactive until you recharge your account. Any unused data does not rollover to the following month. Credit must be purchased to use the service. Data activation starts from first successful pre-paid payment or recharge. Usage is calculated in per KB increments. Services can be cancelled at any time, however no refunds will be provided for whole month or for any part thereof. Any unused data or period remaining at the time of cancellation will be forfeited. Internet speeds may vary depending on Internet traffic, line condition, hardware and software, the source of the download and your location. For residential use only.
