30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

30-day guarantee period starts from day of installation and provides for the refund of the installation (where applicable) and walk away from any ongoing agreement, if not satisfied within the first 30 days. Guarantee cancellations must be in writing to disconnection@spirit.com.au and include Spirit account number. The account will have installation refunded (where applicable) and be held not liable for any termination upon router being returned, as new, to Spirit’s head office (address in our Contact Us section). The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Guarantee is not available to UFi bundles or NBN connections.
