Terms & Conditions

• Minimum cost on a 12 months term is $719.40. Minimum cost on a month-to-month contract term is $208.95. Minimum monthly spend is $59.95
• Early Termination Fees. 12-month contract - an early termination fee of $149 or the lesser of the plan fee multiplied by the months remaining in contract. Month-to-Month contract - no Early Termination Fee, just cancel at the end of billing period, no partial month refunds.
• Once the minimum contract term is completed the service will continue billing on a monthly basis until notified in writing at disconnection@spirit.com.au
• Internet speeds may vary depending on internet traffic, line condition, hardware and software, the source of the download and your location.
• Spirit internet plans are for personal use and for approved customers ONLY. Offer cannot be used for commercial and/or resale purposes.
