Spirit Technology Solutions Acquires InfoTrust

In a strategic move that will expand and bolster our cyber security offerings, Spirit Technology Solutions, the parent group of Intalock, is delighted to announce the acquisition of InfoTrust. The merger is rich with synergy and brings together a formidable team of 110 of the nation’s most experienced security experts.

Founded in 2014 by tech innovators Simon McKay and Dane Meah, InfoTrust is a specialist cyber security provider with deep expertise in Assurance, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Services. With over 400 customers nationally across mid-market, and enterprise, InfoTrust has grown to become a highly respected player within the Australian cyber security industry.

The acquisition continues Intalock’s recent run of good news that includes the opening of our state-of-the-art Security Operations Center (SOC) in late 2023. The facility is one of the most advanced of its kind Australia-wide and is trusted to secure some of the nation’s largest enterprises with combined market revenue of more than 10 billion dollars.  

The integration of Intalock and InfoTrust will add depth to our suite of cyber security solutions, ensuring customers have additional access from a holistic approach to threat management and compliance. Regulatory changes mean that any organisation that suffers a data breach can expect significant scrutiny of its preparedness and response. The infusion of talent and experience enhance the existing capabilities of Intalock as the leading provider of security solutions and advice while businesses grapple with the ever-changing governance landscape.
