Shan, who was appointed in January 2024, has over 20 years’ experience as a senior business leader with a proven track record of running scale diversified and complex industrial and technology businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Mr Kanji also has extensive experience with start-ups in technology, property development, manufacturing and other sectors.

Russell Baskerville is a highly experienced corporate leader with over 20 years in both Executive and Non-Executive board roles across ASX-listed companies. He has a proven track record in business strategy, corporate transactions, and technology consulting, including expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and capital markets. As the founder, Managing Director, and CEO of ASX listed Empired Limited, he led the company’s growth into one of the largest and most respected digital services firms in Australia and New Zealand. Mr Baskerville currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of One Click Group (ASX:1CG), Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the HRC and Member of the ARC for ASX listed Bravura Solutions Limited (ASX:BVS).

Julian is a proven leader of ASX-listed companies, with a strong professional service and corporate finance background. He has extensive experience managing enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure clients. During his most recent appointment as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Tesserent, Julian oversaw a period of significant growth achieved via acquisition and organic means.

In addition to advising over twenty organisations on growth acceleration strategies in Australia, Asia and Europe, Julian was a key driver in growing Litmus in Australia and internationally before PPB Advisory acquired it.

Julian was also a Director of Cordence Worldwide, a global consulting partnership with 2,800 consultants across 60+ locations. Julian combines a unique blend of business and accounting acumen, high-level growth and consolidation experience, and intimate knowledge of the Australian IT landscape.

Lynn is an experienced Non-executive Director and Chair, with extensive background and expertise in strategy, digital services and product development, customer experience, emerging technologies, innovation and cybersecurity. Lynn’s prior executive and consulting career includes senior roles in ASX and internationally listed companies, and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Digital Officer positions in large public organisations, with operational accountability for corporate services, people and culture, finance and ICT functions. She has also consulted with clients, including NAB, Telstra, KPMG, Aēsop, Coles and Transfield Services (now Broadspectrum). Among several awards for her successful customer and workplace digital transformations, Lynn was awarded #7 CIO of the Year, recognising Australia’s most innovative CIOs.

Dane is an accomplished entrepreneur, CEO and company director, having founded and led multiple businesses over the past 20 years. Dane is currently the CEO of cyber security SaaS business MyCISO, which launched in 2022 and has quickly scaled to be a leading, and award winning, security program management platform.

Originally from the UK, Dane started his career in recruitment and pharmaceutical industries and moved to Australia in 2008 where he joined MessageLabs (a firm later acquired by Symantec). Dane played a pivotal role in MessageLabs becoming the market leader in Australia. He was recognised both global and regional “top performer” each year between 2009-2014.  Key to this success was Dane’s relentless pursuit for excellence in delivering customer value. Dane approached engagements with a simple mantra “Happy Customers Buy More”.

In 2014, Dane identified a gap in the market in the way organisations were addressing security management and co-founded Infotrust as a highly focused and specialised cybersecurity practice, that delivered unparalleled customer experience dubbed “The Infotrust Way”. This approach resonated highly, resulting in rapidly scale from 0 to over 300 mid-market and enterprise customers in 3 years. Dane’s passion for problem solving led to the development of MyCISO, a platform that enables all businesses – not just the top 1% - to develop and maintain an effective security strategy without specialist knowledge or expensive consulting.

Dane is married, a father to 3 children and lives between Sydney and a farm in the hunter valley.

Simon is a seasoned leader in the cyber security industry with a track record of success spanning over two decades. Simon is the  co-founder of two successful Australian cyber security businesses - Infotrust (acquired by Spirit effective 1 April 2024) a cyber consulting practice, and MyCISO, a SaaS management platform. Prior to co-founding Infotrust, Simon spent over 10 years leading sales teams at global cyber vendors such as Symantec and MessageLabs, where he was instrumental in establishing them as the market leader in Australia. He has collaborated closely with senior business, board and IT executives from some of Australia’s largest organisations, helping secure them against the ever-evolving threats of Cyber crime.
