I had Spirit installed at home this week. The communication from the company has been fantastic and the engineers were professional and friendly. The speed knocks the socks off my old connection, can't recommend this company enough!

We have spirit at Tooronga Village. 5 Stars isn't enough! Fantastic service. We have had one drop out since Jan 2018, even then, Spirit was quick onto the case and provided excellent communication. The speeds are 100% accurate. I can not find one fault with this company, these guys should be proud!

Spirit delivers on its promises. Speed and customer service. There are small issues from time to time, which happens with every ISP, but their customer service team is fantastic and responsive. Very happy with Spirit!

We had internet service for a year with them, no issues at all. And closing the account was very easy done online and they even refunded the days that were left.Special thanks to Donnie Manuel that assisted us in the closing account (we closed it because we moved to another area)

Excellent service at all times (even past midnight....) . Fastest internet connection ever. Transfer speeds Download/Upload close to 250Mbps. Installation went very smooth. Could not be more happy. Great team service.

The fastest internet I have ever experienced! The team are lovely and always go above and beyond to help with anything we need. We don't have to call much because the internet is always working at top speeds but when I do need to call they always get everything sorted.

I've been with Spirit for about 2 years now and they are brilliant. Speeds are excellent and if I ever have a question or problem the phone is actually answered and issue is resolved usually immediately. OMG if it is a building wide problem, they literally even get someone out over a weekend to fix.

Spirit Customer Service is second to none ! I had a major problem with my connection on saturday after a power outage. I really thought I would have to buy a new router. After a marathon effort with both myself (not tech savvy at all) and my daughter(a lot more switched on than I am) both of us were so impressed with the excellent customer service we received from Melson who was so patient with me even when I nearly lost the plot .I am really relieved that he was able to fix it over the phone. This is not the first time that I've been really impressed by the Support team at Spirit!

Just connected to Wires Broadbeand this morning and am thrilled. Installation was efficient and effective. Speeds up and down are fabulous. Price got me started and I remain very surprised at the data available for the prices. Most importantly, I am not going to be battered and bruised by the NBN fiasco. Yay! After many years as a very happy customer of Spirit, we have just had a minor hiccup on my billing, when I changed my Plan. But it was resolved quickly, and I felt as though the whole of Spirit's Billing department were working to get things straightened out for me. Twelve hours later, I've just received a phone call and everything is sorted out with no problem at all. I received such professional personal service from Donnie, Ellie, Juliet, James, and especially Jenny in Billing Dept - thanks :-).

Donnie was so considerate and helpful and very quickly had me back connected to the internet. I have had this problem of being cut off several times in the last few years and it's often taken ages to reconnect and once I didn't get back on until the next day. I am very grateful for Donnie's kind, warm manner as I was feeling so frustrated and terrible about the whole thing and called him as a last resort. Internet performance disclaimer: Spirit has tested the speeds that we deliver in a properly configured building and have delivered constant speeds above that advertised throughout numerous points and multiple levels of the building. However there are still other factors that can impact Internet performance inside your apartment. Factors such as the hardware and software you use, WiFi performance, interference from other wireless networks and household appliances, server-side bottlenecks and other devices accessing Internet via your router at the same time. When ordering Internet services above 100/100 Mbps, make sure that your home devices are gigabit-enabled and have required configuration capable of sending and accepting data above 100/100 Mbps. WiFi is not a reliable indicator of measuring Internet performance as it’s affected by many environmental factors outside our control.
~Please note, for plan speeds of 200Mbps and above, in some buildings, it may not always be possible to connect the Spirit UFi while also keeping your existing DSL and/or PSTN phone services working after the install. In such cases you may choose one of the following options: a) Proceed with your 200/400Mbps data plan order and, after the install, cancel your phone PSTN and/or DSL services with your incumbent service provider*. A PSTN phone line is not required to run Spirit UFi. b) Choose one of 200/400Mbps bundle plans, which include a digital phone line with a new number**, and cancel your PSTN and/or DSL services with your incumbent service provider* once the Spirit services are installed. c) If you must keep your current PSTN and/or DSL lines/services, chose the 100Mbps data plan instead, which will not affect your current phone and data services. *Check with your current provider about the minimum notice period required for cancellations. ** You will get a new geographic number and one analogue telephone adapter (ATA) for your current phone equipment. 2. On sign-up, any new customer redeeming 3 months free is required to pay their first month. The number of free months will then be applied to the invoices for the subsequent 3 months. Customers claiming 3 months free are required to sign up for a minimum 18-month contract.
