There are a number of ways to pay your Spirit bill – choose one that best suits you. Each of these methods is outlined on your bill, in a section at the bottom of the first page. For your convenience, we’ll outline them here, as well.
The quickest and easiest way to pay your bill is via the Spirit customer portal. We accept major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard and AMEX, and there is no surcharge.
Go to ‘My Account‘. You will be asked to log in with your account number and password.
If you can’t locate or recall your password, just follow the ‘Forgot Password’ link, provide your account number and we’ll resend your password to your account registered email address. If you get stuck, just give our friendly Customer Care team a call on 1300 007 001, or chat online below.
Once logged in, go to Payments -> Payment Methods -> Create Payment Method. Then provide your payment details. If you prefer to have your future invoices auto-paid on the due date with the same payment method, just tick the “I Authorise …” direct debit agreement tick-box, as seen below.
Direct Debit is by far the easiest and most cost-effective way to pay your bills with Spirit. The benefits are:
Setting up Direct Debit is easy and quick – just follow the Pay Online instructions (above) and make sure to select the ‘I Authorise…” direct debit payment tick-box to have your future bills auto-paid on the due date via your saved payment method.
Call 1300 007 001 and listen to our menu for the Pay By Phone option. Payments will appear on your account by the end of the next day. There are no credit card surcharges and we accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
For instructions on how to make BPAY payments, please contact your bank. BPAY payments can take up to 3 business days to complete, so make sure you are paying with enough notice to avoid any late payment fees.
